Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Wonder Years Montessori School ("the school", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

## What we collect
When you use the school tour or enquiry form we collect: your name, your child’s name (optional), your child’s age, your phone number, your email address, your preferred visit date and time, and anything you choose to write in the message box. We only ask for what we need to respond to you.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website sets one essential cookie to remember your language choice.

## Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a school visit
- To answer your questions about admissions and fees

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.

## Who can see it
Enquiries are stored securely and can only be seen by authorised school staff who sign in to the school’s website dashboard. Our website hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.

## How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless your child enrols with us, after which the school’s enrolment records apply. Records are then deleted.

## Photos of children
Photos on this website are published only with permission from the families concerned. If you would like a photo removed, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

## Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent, or to object to how we use it. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
